Notes

Heavyweight 180g white vinyl completed with undersize 75mm centre labels, housed within heavy white board inner and outer sleeves.

These are printed with a metallic silver laminate then multi-tone black and a striking neon green; the whole is enclosed in a bespoke anti-static shield bag - a metallised laminated material usually used by the electronics industry for protecting components from electrostatic interference. The bag is printed with neon green on both sides, and has a resealable grip closure.

Made in the EU.

Side B contains a locked groove

I have ordered this album about 15 minutes after the record was announced, it has arrived from UK to Sk about two weeks later, I do not know, maybe it is the first batch, but I am very unsatisfied with the cracking all over this delicate music which do not allow any imperfection caused by bad pressing. I have cleaned the vinyl and the clicking is there... I do not understand why they could not do better job if they have all the money in the world and there was the effort put in exclusive printing and image... and the price itself... If this is caused by the limitations of the white vinyl why bother about the color and not to use the black?

again an outstanding sound quality by a thom Yorke/Radiohead recording. The sound is like IN RAINBOWS special edition. NO crackling or what-so-ever regading my copy. The price AND therefore the Artwork is another story. 45 Euro is far too much for a single record.i ordered it immediately on the same day when the presale was starting in th Uk, got the item nevertheless 3months later. Later on you was able to buy it everywhere in the world. I do not like this at all. the so called anti-static shield bag is funny, but nothing more and very unpractable.

My first copy had some distortion. White vinyl is possibly to blame. I received a 2nd copy and it's got way too much crackling and noise. Not pleased with the consistency of this white vinyl. I'd prefer black and better sound quality.

it's a nice pressing and the packaging / ziplock sleeve is all really cool and all, it's a bit difficult to fit on the shelf because of it. hahaha. nothing really to complain about. i picked it up for about 30 bucks with a discount code from amoeba's online store. anyone else living in the US that wants a copy of this quickly should jump on that before they run out of copies!

Am I really reading this correctly that people are paying super top dollar for a first 'pressing' of the EXACT SAME ALBUM?! I have been warned of vinyl snobbery upon my venture into the world of analogue listening, but this is ridiculous. Haunting atmospheric vocals, unsettling electronic soundscapes, and off-kilter beats have become the norm for Thom Yorke. There's still something just totally weird about this release though. It's out there in the grand scheme for sure. I dig it. As others have mentioned, the low end on this pressing specifically is great.

I'd say it's a defect. Misprints are only valuable when its the something like one side is the wrong record or something similar. Although I've never understood why these are collectable - it's just a defective pressing IMO.

I couldn't figure why I hadn't received by late November. Didn't realize that others were having similar wait times. I emailed waste and it was sent out the following Monday. By the way, it's worth the wait. Great album and the vinyl kicks ass. Shakes my house even at low volumes.

This is a quality pressing. One of the most bass heavy mastering I've heard on vinyl! I have some black smudges on side A that look bad but otherwise doesn't affect the playback too too much. 30 pounds is hefty price for a single vinyl. But the money goes to Thom Yorke, and I'm sure he will use it well... I ordered on Oct 3 and got mine on Dec 9 in Canada.

Sure, all of these are valid points. However, in my opinion selling a product that has yet to be produced (in this case pressed) without letting the consumers know that this is what they are buying, represents questionable business practice. If you have sold out, state this on your website. If you're crowd-funding the production of your product, state this. Period. When I ordered my copies at the end of the day on Sept. 26th, it was not stated anywhere on the site that I was going to have to wait a month for my copy to be pressed. It has been almost a month since they have had my money (and the money of many, many others). Adding to my frustration, I had to contact them to figure out what was going on with my order. This is unacceptable.

You might have been unfortunate and gotten the second press which won't ship until November. They've done a piss poor job at informing people about what pressing they've ordered, so if you want to make sure whether or not you've gotten the first or second press I would suggest that you write customer service.

Whenever then is. Apparently they were not prepared for the release date or the demand for this?. Also logging into website after registering is impossible. Multiple stampers are used for "1st Pressings" and this IS a second run..this isnt a repress 10 years later with a new master or plates.. they're making these stampers (presumably) off the same mother plate.. its all the same and they will be UNDISTINGUISHABLE from the first run. also, guess what? the music will be EXACTLY the same, which really is what this is all about. relax, enjoy the tunes and stop worrying about the language used and more about why it bothers you so much.

Its not first pressing and a repress.. its a second/third/fourth run of the same pressing. do you think that after they turn off the machines at the end of each shift they consider the next batch a new pressing? Chill out, its a self released LP.. and its not a traditional method of releasing, there are going to be hiccups.. that being said, MOST releases nowadays are delayed/late/pushed back.. is waiting until November (1 month!) for a release you didnt even know was coming really that hard to swallow. consider it a preorder and worry about bigger things.

What are sellers meaning with 1st press?? there is only 1 press and second run of pressing /shipping and handling after about 1 month later because the first pressing'run'-> runout or the handler and packaging apartment are on holiday?. It is the same pressing . You should maybe sell it like "the first mailing month - press" Yes some of the buyers will get this like 20 days later than some other buyers - it will be the same PRESSING! :)
