Note that this white label promo version lists the album title as "Ruben And The Jets", and the group as "Mothers of Invention". This WLP edition was pressed in much smaller quantities than the yellow-label radio-station discs, and was distributed only to retail outlets that carried the Verve catalog of recording artists, to be used for in-store play.
The record comes in a standard stereo cover-- it has the familiar small, round "Mothers of Invention" sticker on the front cover, but no promotional designations of any kind.
It is of some interest that this pressing also utilizes what appear to be 1968-style white Verve promo labels with a revised version of the label copy & typography. The matrices, however, appear to be true first-pressing stampers.
